Italian architect and international professional in Europe and in the world, she is a specialist in major infrastructure projects on behalf of the EU, MAECI, UNESCO, WB, NCW and foreign governments in developing countries and in war zones , she has several experience of Smart Projects in many foreign countries.
Specialized in PCM for the identification, formulation, implentation,  monitoring, evaluation, training of EU projects and programs, deals with technical assistance to governments as Team Leader for the preparation of masterplans and infrastructure projects / urban planning with analysis and advancement of complex technical issues in relation to the social, cultural and contextual background of the countries.
